So after making this same delicious carrot cake recipe 3 times, I have finally taken pictures and will share the beauty of them with you. This is the best carrot cake I have ever had, it's so moist and light. I did some with walnuts and raisins, and some plain. I like the plain
better since they almost melt in your mouth, they're so soft. It also has a perfect cream cheese frosting on top to compliment the carrot/cinnamon flavor perfectly. Here's the pictures:
