Raspberry Cupcakes

Or rather, White cupcakes with raspberry filling and raspberry cream cheese frosting. I signed up to make 2 dozen pretty cupcakes for the relief society birthday party  tonight. This is what I came up with.

German Chocolate Cookies

I love these. I was wanting something that had the amazing coconut frosting that you would normally find on a German Chocolate Cake. But I didn't want to hassle of a cake. So I found this great recipe for the richest, most scrumptious cookies I have ever eaten. Here's what they look like.

Carrot Cake (or cupcakes)

So after making this same delicious carrot cake recipe 3 times, I have finally taken pictures and will share the beauty of them with you. This is the best carrot cake I have ever had, it's so moist and light. I did some with walnuts and raisins, and some plain. I like the plain better since they almost melt in your mouth, they're so soft. It also has a perfect cream cheese frosting on top to compliment the carrot/cinnamon flavor perfectly.
